Richard Joseph Jones, better known as Rick Jones, was born
19 January 1954 in Knox County, Indiana.
He was the second and youngest son of Lawrence Joseph "Joe" Jones
and Helen Irene (Eddleman) Jones.
Rick had one brother, David Joseph Jones.
Rick was a grandson of
LeRoy Anthony Jones
Helen Mary (Schultz) Jones.

Rick was a great-grandson of

Rick was my first-cousin once-removed.
Two years younger than I,
Rick and I were close friends during his last years.
Rick liked music, cars, motorcycles, working,
parties, visiting, talking, joking and people.
Rick was known for his boundless energy, love of having fun,
enjoying life and being social.
Rick passed away at the age of 29-years on 27 June 1983 in
Fairfax Hospital, Falls Church, Fairfax County, Virginia.
Rick was laid to rest in Vincennes, Knox County, Indiana.
Rick is sadly missed and this page is a tribute to him.
